At first I really stuck to the white, red and black collar palette, but quickly tired of it. My first sentence: “Beware the allure of dishonest fortune endorsed by the black market” also sounded too doom and gloom for a motivational poster. I also got stuck around designing the word Beware, and needed a fresh start.
What I do like about this poster style is the collage feeling, and how the words look like cutouts from a newspaper.
